The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Clearpath Archive:
Provides archive storage only
Does not offer live collaboration or real-time syncing
Does not review or manage stored files
Customers are responsible for:
The content they upload
Ensuring they have rights to store the data
Maintaining their own local backups if required
Access details are provided after subscription.
Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis suitable for archive use.
Data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud storage
Each customer has isolated access to their own archive
Clearpath Archive cannot access customer files without permission
Data is not sold or shared with third parties
Clearpath Archive acts as a data processor only.
We collect only the information required to provide the service
Billing is handled securely by Stripe
We do not track users or sell personal data
Contact emails are used only for service communication
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
After cancellation, customers will be given a reasonable period to retrieve data
Data is then permanently deleted
