Our customers remain the data controllers for all data stored in their archive.
What data we process

Account and billing contact details
Archived files uploaded by customers
We do not inspect, analyse, or use the contents of stored files.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to:
Provide archive storage services
Manage billing and customer support
Legal basis
Processing is carried out under contractual necessity (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Data storage
Data is stored in encrypted cloud storage
Storage is provided by trusted infrastructure providers
Each customer’s data is logically isolated
Data retention
Data is retained while a subscription is active
After cancellation, customers are given a reasonable period to retrieve data
Data is then permanently deleted
Data sharing
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access controls and encryption.
